Custom Forging & Casting of a Welders V-Head Helper Stand for the Power Generation Industry

It features dimensions of 1-3/8" x 254 mm for the rod. The v-plate has a span of 184 mm, is 63.5 mm in length, and is 9.5 mm thick, all to tolerances of ±1 mm. Production for this product is ongoing at 10,000 assemblies per year, delivering 3,000 pieces every 45 days.
